If you are a Community amateur sports clubs (CASC) you can receive 80 per cent Mandatory Rate Relief if :
- You are open to the whole community
- You are run as an amateur club
- Your are a non-profit-making organisation
- You aim to provide facilities for, and encourage people to take part in an eligible sport.
In order to apply for the relief you must get in touch with your local council.
Please note, you must continue to pay your business rates while your application is being considered.
